Vaniville Town (Japanese: アサメタウンAsame Town) is a location in Kalos, where the player starts his/her journey in Pokémon X and Y. The player lives here, along with his/her friends Tierno, Trevor and Shauna. The rival Serena/Calem (the opposite gendered player character) lives next door to the player.

Vaniville Town first appeared in XY001: Kalos, Where Dreams and Adventures Begin!, and later appeared again in XY002: Lumiose City Pursuit!. It is the hometown of Serena.
