V-Create is a Fire-type move introduced in Generation V. It has 95% accuracy and an attack power of 180. It is one of Victini's signature moves, along with Searing Shot. This move lowers the user's Defense, Special Defense, and Speed by one stage.
Effect[]
V-create deals damage. It also lowers the user's Defense, Special Defense, and Speed by one stage each and slightly damages allies on either side of the user in double and triple battles.
Description[]
With a hot flame on its forehead, the user hurls itself at its target. It lowers the user's Defense, Sp. Def, and Speed stats.
