Stan Hart (Real name - Stuart Zagnit) is an English voice actor who used to work in Pokémon. His only known role was Professor Samuel Oak before he passed it on to his friend and fellow voice actor Jimmy Zoppi. He was also Mike, adopted father of Bloom in the 4kids adaptation of Winx Club.
