The mall at night
Shopping Mall Nine is Unova's department store, located between Tubeline Bridge and Opelucid City on Route 9. Spread over three floors, it stocks a huge variety of items, and appliances capable of changing Rotom's form are found here. One can also find a few Trainers waiting to battle.

The first floor deals primarily with medical goods and trainer items. Through the door on the right, you'll find a pile of cardboard boxes with various household appliances. Examine these with Rotom in your party to change it's form.
