Nastina is the evil cousin of Brutella, who intended to build her own themepark in Porta Vista. However, construction of the park led to Tentacool's habitat being destroyed. After Tentacool and Tentacruel almost obliterated the entire city, she doesn't appear to have learned her lesson and is finally sent flying by Tentacruel, where she crashes on top of Brutella's rebuilt restaurant. You could sort of see her personality in her name: Nastia (Nastie-a).
