- It doesn't look like we're doing so good with the current monolingual plan :P but anyway I don't think anybody would stop you. If you translate a fair amount of pages, including the main page, you can poke Gamepedia to create pokemon-zh.gamepedia.com (or pokemon-ja.gamepedia.com or whatever you prefer).
