An Elite Four Champion is someone who has beaten the Elite Four in all the Pokémon Games. The Champions in all of the regions are your rival a.k.a Blue in Generation I, Lance in Generation II, Steven or Wallace in Genaration III, Cynthia in Generation IV, and Alder in Generation V.
