Trivia[]

Facts[]

  • No other Pokémon besides Doublade, and it's evolutionary line, has the dual-typing of Steel/Ghost.
  • Doublade is the only Pokémon with a base stat total of 448.

Design origins[]

Doublade, like its pre-evolved form, is based on a sword possessed by a spirit with a scabbard, but with a pair mounted together, resembling a coat of arms.

Etymology[]

Doublade's name may come from the words "double" and "blade".
