Raoul Contesta is a character in the Pokémon series. He is the Head Pokemon Contest Judge. He is also the Director of Pokémon Contests. He's mostly he first to comment on the Performance and gives advice to the coordinators. . He usaully says Fantastic.
In the Sinnoh Grand Festival, he's the judge on the blue stage.
