N is the leader of Team Plasma in the Pokémon Adventures manga whose love and caring for Pokémon was misguided by Ghetsis into leading an organization forcing Trainers to release their Pokémon so that Ghetsis, the only person left with a Pokémon at the end of the plan, would be able to rule the world.

Personality[]

N is seen almost all the time in the chapters with an emotionless expression on his face. He is also shown to be very caring about Pokémon and was enraged by how the Pokémon are captured with Poké Balls, saying that when they are in the Poké Balls, their "voice" cannot be heard.

Black and White Chapter[]

Young N manga — N's dream when Black's Musha read N's dreams.

N makes his first appearance near a Xtransceiver commercial shooting after Black saves him from being attacked by a wild Galvantula, which he captured later. He cries over the fact that Pokémon are being used for purposes such as acting as he passed by. Later he fought against Black, though it ended in a tie. Afterwards, White states that N may be one of those "bad guys." Black said that N wasn't, since his Musha was able to take a peek at N's dreams, and saw that he sought peace in a good way, since he saw how much N loved his Pokémon.

Pokemon[]

He considers putting a Pokemon in a Pokeball is the same as imprisoning it, so it is unlikely that he keeps his pokemon in pokeballs. He probably has them travel with him in a way similar to how Pikachu travels with Ash in the Anime.
