Gabite(Japanese: ガバイト Gabaito) is a Dragon/Ground-type Pokémon introduced in Generation IV. There is a long-held belief that medicine made from its scales will heal even incurable illnesses.

Evolution[edit | edit source]

This Pokémon is the evolved form of Gible. Once this Pokémon reaches Level 48 it evolves in Garchomp.

Origins[edit | edit source]

  • Its name is derived from Gargoyle, a devilish reptile made from stone. It's name also includes the word "bite," probably due to the fact that it has sharp teeth.
