Floatzel (Japanese: フローゼル Furouseru) is a Water Type Pokémon. It floats using its well-developed flotation sac. It also assists in the rescues of drowning people.
Appearance

Floatzel has a lot of personalities like a weasel and is one, hence it being the 'Sea Weasel Pokémon'. It has a flotation sac on it's back, which makes this Pokémon look a lot like a rubber floaty. There are two blue fins on it's arms, and it has two tails.
Special Abilities
It has the ability Swift Swim. Swift Swim raises its speed in rain. It is known to be a very fast swimmer, and it saves the lives of drowning people by inflating its dinghy-like collar to create a surface to rescuing them.
Evolution
Floatzel is the evolved form of Buizel, which can evolve into Floatzel at level 26.
