Jessie's Dustox flying

In the anime

In the Anime, the Team Rocket member, Jessie has a Dustox, and she used it to compete in the Pokémon Contest. She caught this Pokémon when it is a Wurmple in Hoenn, which evolved into a Cascoon. Initially, she wanted a Beautifly and believes that her Cascoon is a Silcoon. But when Cascoon evolved into Dustox, Jessie fell in love with it. In the Sinnoh region, when Dustox falls in love with a yellow Dustox, Jessie decided to release it to allow Dustox to experience love.

Evolution

Dustox evolves from Cascoon at level 10 which is an evolved form of Wurmple.
