Belch (Japanese: ゲップ Belch) is a Poison-type move introduced in the Generation VI games, Pokémon X and Y.

In battle

Belch can only be used if the user already consumed a berry by some means, such as regular consumption, Bug Bite, Pluck, or Fling. The player is prevented from selecting this move until a berry has been used. Once a berry has been used by the Pokémon, the move is able to be used from then on, regardless of if it has been switched out of battle.

Outside of battle

Belch has no affect outside of battle.
