Tyrantrum (Japanese: ガチゴラス Gachigorasu) is a dual-type Rock/Dragon Fossil Pokémon, introduced in Generation VI games, Pokémon X and Y, that can only be obtained by evolving Tyrunt after resurrecting it from a Jaw Fossil. It is the final Evolution of Tyrunt.

Tyrantrum is likely based on an adult Tyrannosaurus Rex.

Etymology

Tyrantrum's name is based on the words Tyrannosaurus Rex, or T-Rex, tyrant and the word tantrum.
