The Striaton Gym is the first gym in the Unova region in Pokémon Black and White. Unlike the previous first gyms, this gym has three different Gym Leaders: Cilan, Cress and Chili. The Gym Leader a player faces depends on the starter Pokémon chosen; the team used in each case will be a Level 12 Lillipup and the Pokémon of the elemental monkey trio that has a type advantage to the player's starter—Pansage, Panpour or Pansear—all at Level 14.

There are three sets of curtains, each one with a different symbol on it (Fire, Water and Grass). To advance in the Gym the player has to stand on a panel that depicts the type that is strong against the type depicted on the curtain (Fire beats Grass, Grass beats Water, Water beats Fire). If the player defeats the Gym Leader, they earn the Trio Badge.

This Is one of the few gyms that have more than one leader at the same time the others are Mossdeep City Gym leaders & Opelucid City Gym leaders
